1. Acceptance
By registering for any Ragnarok Rift tournament, joining our Discord, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.
2. Eligibility

- Participants are responsible for confirming that entering a paid skill-based tournament is permitted under the laws of their state/region. [ Add any region restrictions if applicable ]
- One account/player per registration slot. Duplicate or fake IDs will be disqualified without refund.
3. Registration & Entry Fees
- Entry fees (where applicable) must be paid using the official method listed on each game's registration page. Payments to any other account are not our responsibility.
- Registration is only confirmed once payment is verified by an admin.
- Slots are limited and given on a first-verified basis.
4. Refund Policy
- Entry fees are non-refundable once a bracket has been finalized, except where Ragnarok Rift cancels or postpones the event.
- If we cancel a tournament, all verified entry fees will be refunded within [ X business days ] using the original payment method.
- Players disqualified for rule violations are not entitled to a refund.
5. Code of Conduct
- No cheating, use of unauthorized software, teaming, or match-fixing. Violation results in immediate disqualification and a Discord ban.
- Toxic behaviour, harassment, or hate speech toward other players or staff will not be tolerated.
- Admin/moderator decisions on disputes are final.
6. Prize Payouts
- Prize money is paid to the winning player/team's designated payment method within [ X business days ] of the bracket concluding.
- Winners may be asked to verify identity/game ID before payout to prevent fraud.
7. Changes to the Tournament
Ragnarok Rift reserves the right to change match schedules, formats, or rules if required (e.g. game patch changes, server issues), and will announce any changes on Discord and this website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ragnarok Rift is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms (game servers, Discord, payment providers, Google Forms) being unavailable or malfunctioning.
